Spine of Wrath

“Rebecca, any other guy would have beat you by now.”

Inhale for 4 seconds.

“We should both kill ourselves.”

Hold for 4 seconds.

“YOU FUCKING BITCH!”

Exhale for 6 seconds.

“Why are you still upset? I haven't yelled at you in 3 days.”

Now onto the next exercise.

“Oh, do I have to visit you at the ER? I am going to be busy hanging out with my friend.”

Lie on your back comfortably.

“Oh, do I have to babysit you again?”

Curl your toes tightly into your feet, then release them.

“You wouldn't have anything without me.”

Point or flex your feet, then let them relax.

“You will be fine. Let's continue. Circle it good, now.”

Squeeze your thighs together tightly, then let them relax.

“I wouldn’t be able to choose between you or Natasha.”

Suck in your abdomen, then release the tension and let it fall.

“I wasn't yelling; I was just venting.”

Squeeze your shoulder blades together, then release them.

“Well, you had it coming. You bring it out of me. I had to put you back in line.”

Lift and squeeze your shoulders toward your ears, then let them drop.

“I AM THE MAN! I SAY WHAT GOES!!! You're just the woman! You have to submit to me!”

Make fists and squeeze them toward your shoulders, then let them drop.

“You're evil.”

Make a fist by curling your fingers into your palm, then relax your fingers.

“You're troubled.”

Scrunch your facial features to the center of your face, then relax.

“I just wish that you weren't disabled. It pisses me off that you are. I get sick of always having to help you.”

Squeeze all muscles together, then release all tension.

“I've never done anything wrong.”

Amazing job! You have completed the exercise! Do this at least once per day for maximum benefit. Healing times vary, from a few months to an eternity.
